Coating process: All structural components are coated using electrophoretic deposition (E-coating), ensuring corrosion resistance for 6-8 years and enhanced durability and reliability.
Three-electric system: The matching design of the electric motor, battery, and controller is based on cleaning vehicle operating conditions. Through big data analysis of vehicle working states, the power system consistently operates in a high-efficiency zone, ensuring energy-saving performance.
Informatization: Real-time monitoring of the entire vehicle’s information; superstructure operation big data; precise understanding of vehicle usage habits to improve management efficiency.
360° Surround View System: Achieves full visual coverage through four cameras mounted at the front, sides, and rear of the vehicle. This system helps the driver monitor the surroundings, making driving and parking safer and easier by eliminating blind spots. It also functions as a driving recorder (dashcam).
Hill-Hold Function: When the vehicle is on a slope and in a drive gear, the hill-hold feature is activated. The system controls the motor to maintain zero-speed control, effectively preventing rollback.
Low Water Level Alarm: Equipped with a low water level alarm switch. When the water tank reaches a low level, a voice alert is triggered, and the motor automatically reduces its speed to protect the system.
Valve-Closed Protection: If the spray valve is not opened during operation, the motor will not start. This prevents pressure buildup in the pipeline, avoiding potential damage to the motor and water pump.
High-Speed Protection: During operation, if a function switch is triggered while the motor is running at high speed, the motor will automatically reduce its speed to protect valves from damage caused by excessive water pressure.
Motor Speed Adjustment: When encountering pedestrians or waiting at traffic lights during operation, the motor speed can be reduced to enhance pedestrian safety.
Equipped with dual fast-charging sockets. It can charge the battery state of charge (SOC) from 30% to 80% in only 60 minutes (ambient temperature ≥ 20°C, charging pile power ≥ 150 kW).
The upper structure control system features a combination of physical buttons and a central touchscreen. This setup offers intuitive and convenient operation, with real-time display of operational data and fault diagnostics, ensuring ease of use for customers.
