Recently, Yiwei Auto welcomed a fresh wave of talent! From October 27 to 30, Yiwei Auto held a 4-day onboarding program at its Chengdu headquarters and manufacturing plant.
14 new employees from the Technology Center, Marketing Center, After-sales Service, and other departments engaged in in-depth learning with nearly 20 senior leaders, embarking on a journey of growth and transformation.
Chengdu Headquarters Training
The program was designed to provide new employees with a thorough understanding of the industry and our products, accelerate team integration, and improve job skills. Through classroom learning, Q&A sessions, factory visits, hands-on practice, and assessments, participants explored corporate culture, market trends, product knowledge, finance, safety, and regulations—demonstrating Yiwei Auto’s dedication to nurturing talent and building strong teams.
Throughout the sessions, participants were fully engaged—listening attentively, taking thoughtful notes, and contributing actively to discussions. Our senior leaders shared their expertise generously, responding to every question with patience and clarity. After class, trainees continued to review and prepare rigorously for their assessments.

On-site Factory Visit
The final phase of the onboarding program took place at Yiwei Auto’s Manufacturing Plant in Chengdu. Guided by senior leaders, the trainees toured the factory to learn about its organizational structure and production processes. Under expert supervision, they also participated in hands-on manufacturing activities, deepening their understanding of the company’s products.
To reinforce workplace safety awareness, the plant director conducted safety training and a live fire suppression drill, followed by a rigorous written exam.
