In Autumn，which season full of harvest and respect, Yiwei Auto celebrated a special occasion dedicated to those who “teach, guide, and enlighten” – Teacher’s Day.
Within the journey of our company’s growth, there exists a remarkable group of individuals. They may be experts deeply immersed in their technical fields or strategists with keen market insights. Beyond their daily work, they share a distinguished and honorable role – that of internal trainers.
Generously dedicating their time and wisdom, they transform their valuable experience into engaging lessons, igniting enthusiasm in the classroom. Through their efforts, they have tirelessly contributed to the dissemination and inheritance of knowledge within our company.
To honor the outstanding contributions of our trainers, on September 10, we hosted a warm and grand Yiwei Auto 2025 Internal Trainer Appreciation Event.

We were truly honored to have Ms. Sheng, Yiwei Auto's vice general manager, to host the event, delivering heartfelt Teacher’s Day greetings and inspiring words to all our trainers.
Ms. Sheng expressed sincere appreciation for the tremendous contributions of the trainer team in nurturing talent and fostering our company culture. She also looked forward to welcoming more outstanding colleagues to join the trainer ranks, building a learning-oriented organization together and empowering the company’s future!
Next, we held a solemn and heartfelt Certificate of Appointment Ceremony.

It is not only a symbol of honor but also a profound recognition of each trainer’s professional expertise and selfless dedication. Seeing the smiles on their faces as they received certificates, we are reminded of the countless late nights spent preparing lessons and the tireless dedication to refining every course.
Delightful refreshments and lucky draw boxes served as the perfect catalysts for relaxed conversations. Amid the sweet aromas and warm atmosphere, our trainers could temporarily step away from their work responsibilities, share teaching experiences, and swap interesting stories from the workplace. Laughter and chatter filled the room, bringing everyone closer together.
