December 12–13, 2025 – The 2026 Annual Strategic Seminar of Yiwei Auto was held at Qingshan Yunqi Hotel, Suizhou, Hubei. The company’s management team and key business leaders gathered for this event. The seminar aimed not only to break down collaboration barriers across departments but also to strengthen team alignment, providing a powerful impetus for Yiwei to advance technological innovation and expand market development.
At the meeting, Yiwei Auto Chairman Li Hongpeng delivered the opening address, noting that the theme “Gathering Momentum, Empowering Growth, Embarking on a New Journey” reflects both the company’s expectations for the year ahead and its strategic roadmap amid the new energy transition. Li emphasized that this year’s strategy conference should be visionary, insightful, and innovative, integrating the ideas of all Yiwei employees into a cohesive strategic framework and encouraging open dialogue to jointly shape and realize the company’s shared goals.
The conference then moved into the formal reporting session. In line with the company’s overall strategic framework and building on last year’s objectives and plans, the Marketing Center, Technology Center, Delivery Center, Quality Department, After-Sales Service Department, and General Affairs Department of Yiwei Auto each presented their strategic plans for 2026 in turn.
Marketing
Yiwei Auto Vice President Yuan Feng reviewed the Marketing Center’s performance over the past year, emphasizing the company’s continued momentum and its goal of becoming a recognized brand in the new energy specialized vehicle sector. He summarized sales results across domestic and overseas teams, acknowledged gaps in team development and market planning, and outlined next year’s strategy focused on strengthening core capabilities, targeted market growth, improved financial and bidding management, systematic talent development, and faster expansion into new application areas for new energy specialized vehicles.
The session continued with reports from the Channel Sales Department, Suizhou Sales Department, Complete Vehicle Sales Department, Major Projects Department, Overseas Sales Department, Regulatory Affairs Department, and Marketing Management Department, each presenting their updates and plans.
Channel Sales Director Jiang Genghua summarized last year’s achievements in customer and channel development, business model formation, and team capability building. He outlined the core goals for 2026—sales targets, customer growth, and new market expansion—and emphasized key initiatives focused on precise target execution, exploration of new areas, and meeting customer needs.
Li Xianghong, Vice General Manager of Hubei Branch, presented the 2026 strategic plan for the Suizhou market, confirming the key targets for the year. He provided detailed analyses on market positioning, product planning, and channel expansion, and outlined actionable measures for sales models, delivery and service, and team development.
Wu Zhenhua, Director of Overseas Business, presented the overseas market report, outlining core goals: deepening presence in the European market, expanding into right-hand-drive markets, and establishing a benchmark brand for new energy specialized vehicles in the region.
Other department outlined its 2026 strategic priorities: Major Projects will focus on government and smart sanitation initiatives; Complete Vehicle Sales will deepen key regional markets and strengthen accountability; Regulatory Affairs will proactively ensure compliance and bidding advantages; Marketing Management will advance management, brand, and service initiatives—laying a solid foundation for the company’s growth in the coming year.
Technology
Xia Fugen, Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer of Yiwei Auto, stated that the company will focus on “Gathering Momentum, Empowering Growth” and “New Journey,” systematically developing eight product lines, advancing R&D, smart upgrades, and standardized platforms, while building an integrated “Talent + Mechanism + Technology” system to enhance sanitation vehicle competitiveness.
Wang Junyuan, Vice General Manager of Yiwei Auto, stated that the company will enhance end-to-end product delivery capabilities by optimizing delivery processes and intelligent scheduling, establishing comprehensive quality standards, and building a flexible supply network to ensure efficient delivery, reliable quality, and resilient supply chains.
Sheng Chen, Vice General Manager and Director of Quality Department at Yiwei Auto, stated that in 2026, the Quality Department will aim for “Solid Foundation, Intelligent Guidance, Excellence Ahead” by phasing the development of the quality system, strengthening key process controls, establishing full lifecycle traceability, enhancing supply chain collaboration, and implementing systematic training to improve overall quality awareness and enterprise quality standards.
Fang Caoxia, Head of Yiwei Auto’s General Affairs Department, stated that the department will deepen internal operations and expand external connections, leveraging government engagement, employee care, and culture building to strengthen team cohesion and serve as a resource bridge, talent engine, and cultural hub. Zeng Chun, Head of After-sales Service, emphasized strengthening service cost budgeting and analyzing typical faults to make after-sales service a cornerstone of brand trust and reputation.
Disscussion
The strategy meeting organized participants into six discussion groups. After departmental reports, active discussions reflected deep thinking and responsibility for company development, strengthened internal collaboration, and clarified directions for future work optimization.
The 2026 strategy seminar set a clear blueprint for the company’s development, united the team, and defined the direction for new energy sanitation vehicles. Chairman Li Hongpeng’s speech inspired all employees. Moving forward, Yiwei Auto will use this as a starting point to deepen internal collaboration, tackle market challenges, implement strategies, and achieve new growth milestones.
