At the 7th anniversary celebration, we invited 20 employees—representing 1 to 7 years of service—to share their thoughts and recount unforgettable moments of growing alongside the company.
These stories of growth, breakthroughs, and warmth weave together Yiwei’s seven-year journey. Over time, every employee has resonated with the company, continuously growing and striving forward.
After listening to employees’ reflections, Chairman Li Hongpeng took the stage with deep emotion. He recounted the challenges of seven years of entrepreneurship, the growth of the team, technological advancements, and the company’s development. Looking ahead, he emphasized Yiwei Auto’s continued commitment to a “Green Future,” inspiring all employees with confidence and strength.
Amid laughter, the team celebrated seven years of Yiwei’s journey. Spirit, teamwork, and unity shone brighter through friendly competition.
Next, Vice General Manager and Partner Wang Junyuan reflected on the company’s journey from a team of just over ten to a workforce of 200. He acknowledged the value of everyone’s hard work and provided key instructions for market delivery, urging the Delivery Center to give their all in supporting the front-end market.
In her speech, Vice General Manager Sheng Chen emphasized that quality is the core of a company’s competitiveness, and technology is the foundation of quality. She urged everyone to adopt a “beginners’ mindset,” continuously improve their technical skills, and maintain strict quality standards.
