Lightweight Design
· For sanitation vehicle applications, the chassis is designed with lightweight optimization, using 510L main beam steel and light-truck-grade 190 main beams. Through multi-condition CAE analysis of stiffness, strength, torsion, braking, and durability, the chassis is precisely engineered, achieving a 5% reduction in chassis weight and an overall vehicle weight decrease of 15–25 kg.
· The rear axle adopts an integrated stamped and welded axle housing, reducing weight while ensuring load-bearing capacity.
· Based on sanitation vehicle data, the battery is precisely sized at 128.86 kWh to meet needs, reduce chassis weight, and cut costs.
· Integrated design applied throughout the vehicle reduces structural components and effectively lowers weight.
· The chassis weighs only 3.6 tons, achieving approximately 5% weight reduction compared with industry standards.

Integrated Design
· Vehicle-level chassis design customized for compression refuse collector and kitchen garbage vehicles, with reserved space for sewage tank, clean water tank, toolbox, and bin lifter—achieving chassis specialization and full vehicle integration.
· The upper-body control screen is integrated with the central MP5 display, combining entertainment, 360° surround view, and upper-body operation functions into a single interface.
· This forward development approach enhances retrofit convenience by avoiding additional switches or separate upper-body control screens, while improving interior integration, operational ease, and reducing costs.
