Steering System:
EPS: Powered by a dedicated battery and driven by an electric motor, it does not consume the vehicle’s main battery power.
The EPS steering system achieves up to 90% efficiency, providing clear road feedback, stable driving, and excellent self-centering performance.
It supports expansion to a steer-by-wire system, enabling intelligent features and human-machine interactive driving functions.
Suspension System:
The suspension uses high-strength 60Si2Mn spring steel with a reduced-leaf design for lightweight load-bearing.
Front and rear suspension, along with shock absorbers, are fully optimized for comfort and stability.
Drive-Brake System
Brake System:
Oil brake system with front disc and rear drum brakes, standard ABS from a leading domestic brand.
The oil brake system has a simple, compact design with smooth braking force, reducing the risk of wheel lock-up and improving driving comfort. With fewer components, it is also easy to maintain and repair.
Designed for future EBS upgrade to meet brake-by-wire requirements.
Drive System:
Drive System Precision Configuration Through vehicle big data analysis, real and detailed drive system parameters are obtained under various operating conditions. This enables precise matching of the drive system, ensuring it always runs in the most efficient range.
By combining in-depth vehicle energy consumption calculations with operational big data, battery capacity is precisely configured according to the actual working conditions of different sanitation vehicle models.
