01 Integrated Fusion Design
Yiwei Automotive possesses the strength of independent research and development as well as manufacturing of new energy chassis. By comprehensively utilizing proprietary technology, the company has established the first domestic new energy special vehicle chassis production line in Suizhou, Hubei Province, known as the capital of China’s special-purpose vehicles. The newly developed sanitation vehicle models all adopt an integrated design and production of chassis and superstructure, with the superstructure structure integrated into the chassis design. The chassis reserves assembly space and interfaces without compromising the chassis structure and anticorrosive performance, resulting in higher stability, better compatibility, and superior performance.
02 Integrated Thermal Management Design
Equipped with Yiwei Automotive’s patented technology, the integrated thermal management system and method ensure the normal operation of batteries in a wide temperature range from -30°C to 60°C. The vehicle is equipped with a battery heating system, which provides continuous heating during winter, effectively protecting the battery’s lifespan, extending the driving range, and prolonging the product’s lifecycle.
03 Extreme Environmental Testing
Yiwei Automotive pioneers the new energy environmental sanitation vehicle industry by conducting high-temperature tests in Turpan, Xinjiang Province, and extreme cold tests in Heihe, Heilongjiang. Through relentless optimization, innovation, and continuous validation, the company improves product quality and enhances the overall reliability of the vehicle.
04 Efficient Drive System
Yiwei has accumulated operational data from over 1,000 new energy special-purpose vehicles, with a cumulative mileage exceeding 20 million kilometers, monitored through their platform for the past four years. Considering the specific application scenarios of special-purpose vehicles, Yiwei has developed various big data analysis models to quantitatively analyze the operational conditions of different vehicle types. The drive system is optimized through cloud platforms and big data analysis, focusing on the efficient operating range, resulting in a more energy-saving and efficient vehicle.
05 Intelligent Control System
The special working device system adopts a CAN bus control system, enabling speed control through knobs. It is equipped with a low water level voice alarm device and an automatic shutdown function in case of water shortage, preventing the water pump from running without water and improving the water pump’s lifespan. Convenient and quick drainage is available in winter, and one-key drainage can be achieved from within the driver’s cabin upon completion of operations.
