On July 15, 2023, Zhang Yongwei, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Electric Vehicle Hundred People Association, Zhu Dequan, Vice President of Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Research Institute, and Zha Zhiwei, Director of the International Hydrogen Energy Center, accompanied by Qian Yuankun, Secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee, visited YIWEI New Energy Automobile Manufacturing Center. YIWEI New Energy Automobile has been committed to promoting the development of the new energy special vehicle industry. This visit and guidance activity is an important step for YIWEI to strengthen cooperation with relevant institutions and government departments.
During the visit, YIWEI New Energy Automobile showed the guests its latest new energy special vehicle production line and introduced its advanced R&D technology and innovative concepts. It is reported that YIWEI has the first domestic new energy special vehicle chassis production line and AI intelligent driving system, which has received high reputation in the industry.
The delegation of China Electric Vehicle Hundred People Association expressed their appreciation for the achievements of YIWEI and hoped to learn more about the development trend and momentum of the new energy special vehicle industry through this visit. Experts from Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Development Research Institute also affirmed the technical strength of YIWEI and expressed their willingness to strengthen cooperation with YIWEI in scientific research and innovation. Suizhou leaders and other guests highly praised YIWEI’s investment in and construction of the new energy automobile production base in the local area, and hoped to promote local economic development through cooperation.
