01 Advantages of Self-developed Products
The 4.5t pure electric self-loading and unloading garbage truck adopts YIWEI Automobile’s self-developed special chassis, with synchronized design of the upper body and chassis, pre-designed layout, reserved assembly space and interfaces, which do not damage the chassis structure and corrosion resistance, resulting in good overall vehicle integrity and stronger performance.
With overall lightweight design and high-strength steel plate, the vehicle weight is reduced, more than 20% lighter than vehicles of the same type. The space between the box and the cab is small, with larger capacity, adopting an integrated boat-shaped design, simple and beautiful, high overall coordination and reliability, and YIWEI Automobile provides a 2-year warranty for the upper body.
The matching design of the three-electric system is based on the working conditions of the garbage truck, extracting the working status of the vehicle during operation through big data analysis, and the power system always operates in the efficient zone, saving energy. Charging from SOC 30% to 80% only takes 35 minutes, with high charging efficiency, and can meet the needs of regional garbage collection and transportation operations.
02 Strong Loading Capacity
The effective volume of the garbage bin is 4.5 cubic meters, adopting a combination structure of scraper and slide board, with good garbage compression and collection performance, high garbage collection efficiency, actual loading of over 60 barrels (240L garbage bins), and actual loading capacity of over 2 tons (Note: The specific number of loaded barrels and loading capacity depend on the composition and density of the loaded garbage).
03 Clean Unloading and Convenient Docking
The box is designed with a closed welding design on all sides, with no leakage during transportation. Adopting high-level lifting and flipping feeding mechanism, the garbage bin is lifted to the top of the box for flipping, with a lifting capacity of over 300kg, and can achieve over 70% of garbage bin water content without leakage.
Multiple unloading methods: direct unloading at the garbage transfer station, docking with compactor garbage truck for unloading, can achieve secondary compression and transfer. The vehicle tail is equipped with hydraulic legs to ensure stability and safety during unloading operations.
04 Environmental Protection and Noise Reduction
Optimally matching the upper body drive motor, the motor always operates in the most efficient zone. Adopting a silent hydraulic pump, optimizing the hydraulic system, the noise during upper body operation is ≤65dB, even entering residential areas for garbage collection operations in the early morning will not affect residents’ rest.
