A new journey begins this early summer. From May 7–9, Yiwei Auto held its 22nd new employee orientation program, where 25 new team members from the Technology Center, Marketing Center, Hubei Manufacturing Division, and other departments completed a three-day learning and growth journey.
This program combined theoretical training, interactive activities, and comprehensive assessments, aiming to help new employees quickly adapt to the company environment, understand business processes, and smoothly start their professional journey.
On the first day, a warm and formal welcome ceremony and leadership meeting marked the opening of the program.
The sincere sharing from the leadership team not only made new employees feel the warmth of the Yiwei family, but also gave them a clear understanding of the company’s history, current development, and future outlook.
From Yiwei Auto’s business scope and product portfolio to its organizational structure, policies, and corporate culture, each well-designed session provided valuable insights, building a “first window” for new employees to understand Yiwei.
In class, trainers shared their knowledge openly while new employees actively participated in discussions and Q&A, connecting theory with job requirements to achieve practical learning outcomes.
At the end of the program, a comprehensive assessment was conducted. Participants responded calmly and confidently, demonstrating their learning achievements through solid preparation.
Training is not only about knowledge transfer, but also about team integration.
During the program, the welcome dinner provided an open space for new employees to share ideas and aspirations, while the sports activities encouraged teamwork, breaking down departmental barriers and bringing people closer together.
