Craftsmanship Unites Strength, Innovation Drives New Energy. Recently, the New Energy Vehicle Technology (Commercial Vehicle) Competition of the Vocational Skills League was successfully held in Shiyan, Hubei. Skilled professionals from across the industry gathered to compete on the same stage, showcasing a high-level technical challenge in new energy vehicle technology.
The Hubei Suizhou team, composed of Tang Huan and Jing Shuang from Yiwei Auto’s After-sales Department, along with Yang Pengchen from the Hubei Manufacturing Department, demonstrated strong composure and teamwork throughout the competition. With solid theoretical knowledge, excellent practical skills, and seamless collaboration, the team stood out among strong competitors and won Second Prize in the Team Overall Ranking. Tang Huan also achieved Third Prize in the Individual Competition with his outstanding performance, bringing honor to Yiwei Auto.
The competition focused on key capabilities including new energy commercial vehicle three-electric system(battery,motor,controller) maintenance, vehicle fault diagnosis, high-voltage safety standards, and comprehensive vehicle operation and maintenance. Through a dual assessment model combining theoretical evaluation and hands-on vehicle operations, the event comprehensively tested participants’ technical expertise.
Facing strong competitors, the three team members worked closely together, analyzed challenges calmly, precisely identified faults, and completed every operation procedure according to standards, fully demonstrating Yiwei’s craftsmanship spirit of excellence and continuous improvement.
Tang Huan and Jing Shuang have been deeply engaged in front-line after-sales service, continuously addressing various maintenance challenges of end-user vehicles. Yang Pengchen, based at Yiwei Auto’s Hubei manufacturing center, is highly familiar with vehicle assembly processes and technical characteristics.
This cross-departmental team participation was not only a valuable technical exchange but also an opportunity to integrate manufacturing and after-sales expertise.
