1. Purpose-Built Electric Chassis
The 4.5-ton electric road maintenance truck features an integrated chassis and body design developed specifically for municipal cleaning applications. Dedicated mounting spaces and interfaces improve the fit between the chassis and superstructure while preserving the original chassis structure and corrosion protection, delivering enhanced reliability and overall vehicle performance.
2. CAE-Optimized Lightweight Design
The complete vehicle is optimized through CAE analysis to meet different operating conditions while reducing vehicle weight. The lightweight design provides greater usable water capacity and supports longer continuous cleaning operations, with an effective tank capacity of up to 2.5 m³.
3. Durable E-Coated Frame
The chassis frame uses high-strength 510L/610L steel combined with an advanced electrophoretic coating process for improved corrosion resistance. This helps protect key structural components against corrosion and supports long-term durability in demanding road cleaning environments.
4. Versatile Road Cleaning Functions
Designed as a multifunctional electric road maintenance vehicle, it integrates multiple cleaning systems, including a front spray boom, spot spray system, left and right corner sprays, hose reel with handheld spray gun, and manual push spray boom. The front spray boom and spot spray system can be adjusted in multiple directions and operated independently or in combination for flexible cleaning operations.
5. High-Performance Road Washing System
The vehicle is equipped with a high-pressure water pump and a wide front spray boom for efficient road washing. The combination of high-pressure spraying, a large-capacity water tank and a hose reel provides extended operating capability for road washing, curb cleaning, dust suppression and municipal maintenance.
6. Multiple Operating Modes
Three selectable operating modes — Eco, Standard and Power — allow operators to adjust vehicle performance according to different working conditions. This helps balance energy consumption, cleaning performance and operating efficiency.
